On February 25th, 2008 Warrenville, IL was blessed with a blanket of beautiful snow. This is the perfect snow that clings to branches in pillows like in the first winter wallpaper image above.

Can you picture yourself riding your horse along this rail fence? Herrick Lake is a favorite place for horse riders. But you won't see many riders out on snowy days like this one.

The only thing missing from this covered bridge winter scene is the horse and buggy ride. Take a walk down Naperville River Walk and you find three covered bridges to cross.

And last in the set above you might recognize this scene from a different season. In summer this lake will be filled with paddleboats. And fall colors fill the air from August to November. Spring finds ducks and geese showing their new families around. No matter what the season, this gazebo is a favorite of many photographers.
