These photos of roses were taken by Jessica Hogan who was eleven at the time. She has an eye for beauty. And at this early age she has a photographer's eye as well. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself.

It's easy to capture photos of roses when you live in California. They grow almost year round. Here are a few of my favorites.

Faith

I call this rose Faith because it took a lot of faith for that tiny lone bug to climb this mountain of a rose. It had no friends to push it along. To me it brings hope of yet another tomorrow bright and clear. And the rose is quite beautiful as well:)
