To place an order on my website, use any of the buy now buttons. Each buy now button takes you through PayPal for secure payment. A Paypal account is not required.

I can also accept cashier's checks, personal checks or money order. In the event you use this method, please send Printed Order Form to:

All orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment.  Please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery of items when ordered through the mail.

Guarantee/Returns

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please use our contact form or call us at 1-304-277-7051 within 90 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 90 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be thrilled with anything you order from Nature and Flower Pictures.

Methods of Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Echeck.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 2 business days from when the order was placed. In the event you require a rush order, please email or call us at 1-304-277-7051 to discuss special arrangements.

Shipping

Nature and Flower Pictures uses the best shipping method for most shipping. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please contact us at 1-304-277-7051. We can do that too. 

We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $6.00 for orders under $50.00. Orders over $50.00 are Shipped Free.

Canadian and International shipments are not automatically calculated in the store. Shipping charges will be added for all Canadian and International shipments. Please contact us through customer service to verify shipping charges for international orders.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of West Virginia (6%). This is due to the fact that my office is in Fairmont, WV. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

Rush Orders

In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at The Ivory Shelf, please call us during normal business hours at 1-304-277-7051 or send us an email. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
