White african moon flowers are members of the daisy family. These flowers are also known by the common names: Ox-eyed daisy, Rain daisy, Cape Daisy and Witbotterblom.

They are common throughout North America blooming mid-summer in most locations. They are native to South Africa which is where the original name comes from.

Purple and white stripe is one of many colors and varieties you will find in petunias. Is it any wonder they brighten gardens in almost any neighborhood. And they make excellent free flower pictures.
