This cool animal desktop wallpaper will bring a smile to your face. This digitally enhanced photo is actually a picture of a picture..
The original picture was taken at the Pittsburgh Zoo by my sister. I enhanced the picture with a few photo effects. It makes a wonderful desktop wallpaper.
Each desktop wallpaper is available in a generous size of 1024 x 768 pixels. You can download your favorites in one of two ways. Click on any thumbnail. You will then be able to see a larger version of the image. Use the navigation "Next" or "Previous" to see each picture.
Downloading is simple. Below each image you will notice that the Title is a link. Right click on that link and choose the option to "Save image as desktop" or "Save Image as". I recommend saving the image because then you can change it or use it in other ways.
You can also click on this link and open the image in your browser. Images will open in new window. Then save to your computer or choose the option "save as background".
These leopards appear to be resting after a romp. Or perhaps they are trying to avoid viewers and napping in quiet. Whatever brought them to this snuggle position, they will bring a smile to your face..
Click on your favorite thumbnail to access that picture. You'll find squirrels, chipmonks, buffalo, ducks and even a racoon.
See that gray and white kitten in the middle row? She wasn't very old when I took that picture. She found a box on my mom's front porch that felt comfy and cozy. That's where she spent most of the afternoon.
The bison image was taken at Fermilab. They have a program to help save some these endangered animals. The first two pictures in the bottom row were taken at Canaan Valley West Virginia. In the winter this is one of West Virginia's most popular ski areas. But in the fall people love going just to feed the deer. The guy in the second picture was trying to stick his head in our car window for a treat.
No matter what type of animal you love, you are sure to find the perfect match to use as your desktop wallpaper.
