I watched as this guy dug up his peanut from its hiding place. It reminded me of the story my daughter told me. She would put out peanuts for the squirrels and a blue jay would come and steal them.

But the squirrels put on quite a show. They would dig up the buried nuts and enjoy them anyway. When the blue jay returned a few days later all he found was dirt.
